Meet Abigail
Hi, I’m Abigail. Everything I offer here is something I live, practice, and use — emotional biodecoding, breathwork, and creativity are the tools that help me as I continue to understand more of my own patterns with compassion. I feel privileged to be able to support others who are on that path as well, and share the practices that continue to expand my life and capacity. My work is warm, intuitive, and rooted in helping you get curious about your inner world so you can meet yourself with more honesty, clarity, and ease.
